  • What is the Beauty Bonus?+

    The Beauty Bonus is a way of saying thank you to our loyal community. Members are allocated into different levels based on their 12-month spend, and each level unlocks it's own exclusive benefits and rewards, from discount codes, to free products, and more!

  • How do I become a member?+

    Joining is easy and free! Simply click here to create an account.

  • How do I earn points?+

    You can view the full list of ways to earn above, however some of our favorites include: 1 point for every $1 spent, leaving a review, and referring friends.

  • What can I redeem my points for?+

    Points are redeemable for discount codes to use on future purchases. Simply follow the prompts to claim during the checkout.

  • Do my points expire?+

    No, your points do not expire.

  • Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?+

    No! Keep earning and unlocking some incredible rewards.

  • Can I earn points on my product reviews?+

    Yes! A few weeks after you’ve received your order you’ll receive an email asking you to review your recent purchase. You can even earn more points when you submit your before and after photos, so don't forget to take a before photo while you wait for your products to arrive.

  • When do I receive my birthday points?+

    Your special birthday surprise will arrive the morning of your birthday straight into your account. You'll receive an email reminder for this too.

  • What do the different levels mean?+

    Members are allocated into different levels based on their rolling 12-month spend, and each level unlocks its own exclusive benefits and rewards, from discount codes, to free products, early access, and more!

  • My level moved down, why?+

    Your level status is based on your spend over a rolling 12-month period. If you do not spend the minimum amount for your tier you will automatically be moved down based on what your spend was.

  • Can I use discount codes on subscription products?+

    Yes, you can. Simply login to your subscription portal and there will be an option to use points on your next recurring order.

  • Can I use my points in-store?+

    No, points are only redeemable online. Our Beauty Rooms has its own rewards program for treatment and in-store product purchases. You can learn more here.

  • How do I view my points balance and level status?+

    Your points balance is available in your account. Simply login here

  • I just placed an order but my points balance hasn't updated, why?+

    For points earned on purchases and referrals, they are in the process of being verified and cannot yet be redeemed. Allow at least 30 days for these points to appear in your account for redemption.

  • Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?+

    Unfortunately, no. Only one discount code can be redeemed at a time. The same goes for any other promotional offer running.

  • How do I claim my free product?+

    Members of Level 2 and 3 qualify for a free product per year. You will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to do so.

  • How do I stay up to date with new program benefits?+

    Make sure you’ve subscribed to our email newsletter as this is where all our Beauty Bonus updates will be communicated.

    I want to leave the program.

    We’re sorry to see you go. If you do want to leave the program, please email us at info@muktiorganics.com and ask to be removed. Doing so will mean you lose any points and other rewards you have accrued.

    I previously left the program but now I want to join again.

    We’re always happy to welcome you back! Simply create a new account here. Unfortunately, any points you previously had in your account will not be available - your balance will be back to zero.
