If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at info@muktiorganics.com or call 1300 306 554.
Not happy with your products and/or results? We encourage you to reach out to our team who will be able to assist with a personalised skincare consultation to discover products better suited to your needs. If you are still not happy with your order, we offer a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on full-size items, or you return it for store credit or a replacement. For items returned within 30 day from your purchase, a store credit or a replacement will be issued.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
