Shipping
Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated email that includes the tracking information.
GIFTING
If you're surprising a special someone with a Mukti gift, just add the item/s to cart, proceed to checkout and ensure the recipient's delivery address is entered at checkout (not yours!). You will, however, be required to enter your billing address, or the billing address that matches the payment method used. There's also an option to add a gift message, so you can share the Mukti love and so the recipient knows who their surprise package is from. Happy gifting!
PACKAGING OPTIONS
We have minimised our packaging as much as possible whilst still following regulation guidelines and requirements. You'll receive our full size skincare in miron glass with an external carton. Our Hair & Body Care collections are housed in post-consumer recycled plastic. All cardboard, glass and plastic bottles you receive are recyclable. Please dispose of the pumps and caps responsibly. Your order will be protected in a cardboard box and paper filling.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and dispatched over the following business days (Monday-Friday).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Beauty Bonus Campaigns), due to severe weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Mukti Organics’ reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Mullumbimby NSW, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Standard Post – FREE over $99 ($12.50 flat rate for orders under $99)
Express Post – FREE over $199 ($15.50 flat rate for orders under $199)
Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below the threshold, free shipping does not apply.
For the security and tracking of your parcel, we mark all shipments as requiring a 'Signature on Delivery'.
What happens if I'm not home to sign for my delivery?
If you're not home or the postie can't access your property, they will transfer your package to a local Post Office for collection. You will be able to see where this is once your tracking has updated and they should leave a card in your mailbox with the Post Office location and times you can collect.
If you would like to change your delivery to 'Authority to Leave', you will need to access the Australia Post website, sign in to your MyPost account and update your preferences. Please note, it will still be up to the postie's discretion if they can safely delivery your package without a signature.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are charged a flat rate of $20 for delivery.
International shipping is not included in our free shipping offer.
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
Mukti Botanicals is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Items sent via Australia Post are not automatically covered for loss or damage.
Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Mukti Botanicals or Australia Post. Mukti Botanicals is not responsible for an order once it is in the Australia Post system.
To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volumes or severe weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia, and will be transferred to the local delivery partner tracking.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

EXCHANGES
Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error, such as an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact Customer Care with your date of product delivery, order number, and photo of the product. If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please contact our Customer Care for authorisation and return the original product for a full refund (minus shipping cost) once approval is granted. We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges. You do not need to wait for approval before placing any new orders. Please note: returns and exchanges may require up to 10 working days to process. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
PROMOTIONS
While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time frame. If you have difficulty in processing any promotions, please contact us. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest promotions.
