Use in the morning after cleansing and prior to the Age Defiance Day Serum.

How to use:

Press gently onto face, neck and décolletage and allow to absorb.

For additional environmental and UV protection, follow with recommended Moisturizer with Sunscreen.

Duration of use:

If using daily as recommended, this serum should last up to 90 days.

Layering guide

Apply your serums after cleansing and misting/toning, and before applying moisturiser.

A simple rule of thumb is layering thinnest to thickest. Hyaluronic Acid should always be your final serum.

3-o-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid is a stabilised derivative of ascorbic acid. It also includes additional antioxidants and naturally occurring Vitamin C from Kakadu Plum, increasing overall potency. The total percentage of Vitamin C weight on volume (l-ascorbic and C derivatives) is over 5%.
3-O ethyl ascorbic acid has all the known benefits vitamin C offers such as brightening, wrinkle reduction, visible firming, fading pigmentation and restoring even skin tone and offsetting the many effects of environmental free radicals. Due to its stability, lesser amounts of 3-O ethyl ascorbic acid is needed compared with traditional vitamin C. It’s also a great alternative for skin that is sensitive to pure vitamin C.

How much Vitamin C does the skin require?

Studies show that the amount of ascorbic acid required for skin repair is approximately 10% daily. Applying a topical serum that contains 5% ascorbic acid twice a day is the most efficient way to feed the skin this essential nutrient.
The inclusion of an internal supplement such as our Bioactive Collagen Booster will further enhance collagen production as well as providing your RDA of Vitamin C with skin supporting nutraceuticals.
As with internal supplements, your skin will utilise the amount it needs at any given time and secondly, applying too much vitamin C can irritate the skin as it is an acid after all.
