What is an AHA?

AHA stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acids which are a type of skin exfoliant. You would likely recognise lactic, glycolic, mandelic acids, and fruit enzymes – these are all types of AHAs.
AHAs are water-soluble acids, making them most commonly suited for dry and sensitive skin types (but are suitable for all skin types). They help to dissolve the dead surface of your skin so that new skin cells may develop and move towards the outer skin layer.

How often should I use the 2-in-1 Exfoliant?
