We encourage you to reach out to our team who will be able to assist with a personalised skincare consultation to discover products better suited to your needs. If you are still not happy with your order, we offer a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on full-size items, or you return it for store credit or a replacement. For items returned within 30 day from your purchase, a store credit or a replacement will be issued.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
