ATTN: Due to recent changes in US customs requirements, AusPost has paused all postal deliveries to the US effective immediately and until further notice. In the meantime, our delivery options are limited to express via DHL or Fedex. We appreciate your understanding during this time, and will keep you updated when AusPost resumes deliveries.

All US orders are charged a flat rate of $35USD for DHL Express.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

If duties and taxes remain unpaid and your parcel is refused or returned to us, the order will be treated as an abandoned shipment.

Due to the significant costs associated with international shipping and return processing, you will forfeit 50% of your order value, and the remaining 50% will be refunded once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that, due to recent EU customs and regulatory changes, we have temporarily paused all orders to the EU while we navigate the best way forward.

We apologise for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience while we work through these changes.

All international orders are charged a flat rate of AU$25 for delivery. Shipping is FREE over $300 (with Australia Post).

All orders are by default set to 'signature on delivery', but you have the option to select 'authority to leave' during checkout, if you would prefer not to sign.

If you're not home or the postie can't access your property, they will transfer your package to a local Post Office for collection. You will be able to see where this is once your tracking has updated and they should leave a card in your mailbox with the Post Office location and times you can collect.

If you would like to change your delivery to 'Authority to Leave', you will need to access the Australia Post website, sign in to your MyPost account and update your preferences. Please note, it will still be up to the postie's discretion if they can safely delivery your package without a signature.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email from us with the details. You will receive another notification once it has been sent, this will also contain your tracking link so you can follow your package to your door!

No, we have reduced our printed materials as much as possible. You will receive your order information and can access your invoice from your order confirmation email.

All orders over $149 are eligible for one free sample! You must choose your free sample from the selection in the cart before continuing through the checkout (if it doesn't show in you product list with $0.0, it hasn't been added).

In the event that your chosen sample is out of stock, our team will substitute with an appropriate sample.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 306 554 Monday to Friday 10am-4pm AEST or email info@muktiorganics.com
