Our company and its premises are unique by virtue of being 100% vertically integrated: we formulate, test, and evaluate our products in our Mullumbimby NSW facility.
Vertically Integrated
All manufacturing, packaging, labelling, and fulfilment is derived from our custom-built warehouse. Having all operations under the one roof allows us to carefully control and monitor each element of production, from concept to shipment. This also enables us to swiftly respond to customer and industry demands regarding new product development and product maintenance while ensuring the highest quality and degree of excellence.
Sustainable Manufacturing
We’re committed to a sustainable waste management system and manufacturing processes. We are proud to pledge that our Australian facility is partially run by solar energy. Our packaging collateral is printed with sustainable inks and made from recyclable PET and paper pulp.
Orders are packaged with biodegradable and compostable material that you can take from your box to your garden. Once fixtures and fittings are removed, bottles can be recycled by placing in your glass kerbside waste.
All ingredients used in our formulations are sustainably sourced from suppliers who show full traceability and pass our strict suitability measures. These guidelines include no deforestation, eco-friendly manufacturing of all raw ingredients, utilising minimal energy and water in production – using only fair and ethical labour sourcing, and a cruelty-free ethos.

ISO 22716
To ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations, our Quality Management System is certified as being in conformity with ISO 22716. This is an internationally recognised standard for Good Manufacturing Practices in the cosmetics industry. Our manufacturing facility in Mullumbimby undergoes regular and stringent audits by an external body to guarantee compliance with this elite global standard.
